No changes or cancellations can be made to an order after it has been entered.
For orders that have been delivered to the address specified in an order, there will be no refunds, exchanges, or credits given.
Loss or Theft of Packages
Loss or theft of packages that have been confirmed delivered to the address provided for an order are not the responsibility of Fashen Narcist. In response to a request, we will confirm delivery to the specified address, the day of delivery, the status of the package, and the shipping company for the client to review.
The customer is responsible for inputting their shipping information accurately. For any inquiries regarding the delivery, kindly get in touch with the carrier. Provide the carrier with your tracking number so they can use it to help with the inquiry.
Missing or Damaged Products
It is possible for goods to move while in transit and for the package to show signs of wear from the carrier's handling. As soon as your package reaches its destination, please inspect it. When an item arrives damaged, please create a ticket, attach photos of the damage, and provide any other details that will help us support your claim. We will be happy to help.
From the date of the initial shipment, Fashen Narcist reserves the right to reship any claimed missing or damaged items.
In order to guarantee a proper outcome, all missing and damaged claim submissions must be made within 10 days, accompanied with visual evidence (highly recommended).
Items unavailable
All of our products should be readily available for shipping right away, is our goal. However, our custom hand made tapestry pieces are currently only made to order as others are ready to ship.
