Shipping Options (Domestic Orders)
We provide USPS First-Class (3-4 business day transit time). There are other delivery alternatives for Priority, and expedited transportation options.
** Fashen Narcist is unable to guarantee the shipping time for expedited shipping choices because USPS has discontinued its expedited shipping arrival guarantees as a result of the Covid-19 impact.**
Processing Time for Orders
We ask that you give us 7-10 business days to process your purchase. All orders handled after 5pm CT will be regarded as orders for the following business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. After 5 p.m. CT on Friday, orders will continue to be processed the following business day.)
Shipping International Orders
For customers shipping locally and internationally, we provide USPS first-class and USPS Priority Mail. When checking out on our website, you may have access to more shipping options.
Rules for International Customs
Any tariffs or taxes that may be due are the responsibility of the buyer. We don't compute or take money from you for taxes or duties. Checking and adhering to local and national laws, regulations, and policies in the receiving country is the buyer's obligation. The buyer is responsible for finding out what possible duties or tariffs will be at the time of delivery as well as whether the Customs Department will allow the shipment of our products to your country. If the package is rejected by customs or by you because of rules, taxes, or fees, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs.
Inaccurate Shipping Information
The cost of redelivery will be responsible by the customer if a shipment is returned to Fashen Narcist production because the customer provided an erroneous or incomplete shipping address, the customer was not home for delivery, or the product was kept longer than allowed at a pick-up site. No refunds will be given if any sections of the address are incorrect; Fashen Narcist is not liable for products delivered improperly or lost as a result of inaccurate or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
